Alan Bent
As a Florida native, Alan Bent has always had a special connection to the Sunshine State. Growing up in the vibrant neighborhoods of Orlando, Gotha, and Winter Garden, Alan developed a love for the region he still calls home. His journey began at Olympia High School and later took him to the University of Central Florida (UCF), where he earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science.
Following his time at UCF, Alan pursued his legal education at Florida A&M University College of Law in Orlando, earning his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. While in law school, he was an active member of the International Law Students Association (ILSA) and worked as a law clerk for a reputable immigration firm in Downtown Orlando. In 2013, Alan was admitted to the Florida Bar as a member in good standing.
ln July 2014, Alan joined Sikes Law Group, where he has focused his practice on Estate Planning, Probate Administration, Landlord-Tenant Law, and Business Litigation. Beyond his legal career, Alan remains active in the community, currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Winter Garden Art Association (WGAA).
More than his dedication to practicing law, Alan’s life is deeply rooted in his Christian faith. He treasures moments of prayer and values the time spent with his wife, Vanessa, son, Ethan, and daughter, Elliana. Alan finds fulfillment and peace in outdoor activities, especially gardening. His ideal weekend is spent surrounded by family and friends, exploring locaI theme parks, ranches, and beaches, and rooting for his favorite teams, the UCF Knights and Orlando Magic.
